The team of the “Ancient Halych” National Reserve, led by Director General Volodymyr Oliynyk, participated in the solemn presentation of the large-scale project “Princely Cities: Zvenyhorod and the Urban Culture of Medieval Cities” — an event that immerses one in the grandeur and spirit of the Ukrainian Middle Ages.

An interactive exhibition has launched at the “Ancient Zvenyhorod” museum, where history comes alive right before your eyes.

Here are hundreds of archaeological artifacts, copies of rare finds, ancient jewelry, ceramics, charters, musical instruments, and even writing samples over a thousand years old. The atmosphere of the princely era is enhanced by video mapping and a museum quest, which transform the viewing into a real journey through time.

The project was implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation in partnership with eight leading cultural institutions, including the “Ancient Halych” National Reserve.
